The E-learning program is a blend of pre-recorded video and live contact with the Extended DISC Master Trainer.  Contact is scheduled over a period of 2 weeks.  Participants are required to complete a workbook and debrief to demonstrate knowledge.
You will have 12 months access to recorded e-learnings to refresh your knowledge, and access to ongoing learning and further resources.

What Does the E-learning Program Include?

  • Learn how to interpret the Personal Analysis report in a variety of contexts.
  • Learn what to probe for when exploring the implications of different profiles so people get the most out of their feedback sessions.
  • Learn how to use Extended DISC Multiple Person Report, providing analysis to improve relationships between colleagues or bosses (compares multiple people’s results).
  • Use Team Analysis which maps the self-assessment of each team member on the Extended DISC diamond and can be used to review team strengths and weaknesses and how the team communicates with each other.
