Neuro Coaching Academy Security Policy
- Neuro Coaching Academy uses Paypal as the Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Neuro Coaching Academy or any outside party. - We do not take credit card numbers over the phone, or store them.
- When we invoice you, you can choose to pay by credit card if you. That online transaction uses Stripe as the Payment Gateway for credit card transactions. Your complete credit card number or details cannot be viewed or stored by Neuro Coaching Academy or any outside party in that case either.
Terms & Conditions
You understand that a 10% deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your attendance to the program, except in the case of illness. Full refund of the balance is available with 60 days notice of cancellation before commencement of program. 50% refund is available with 30 days notice of cancellation before commencement of program. Full amount may be transferred to a future program with 14 days notice. Payment Plans are adjustable on the same terms.
These conditions are stated on registration forms for individual programs and may differ for residential programs due to the payment conditions of the venue. Please note that the conditions on the Registration Form and also shown in the online product details are the conditions that apply for the Program you are joining.
For coaching, 48 hours notice for cancellation is required, except in the case of illness.
