This one day workshop will begin by briefly exploring the differences between Coaching, Mentoring, and other ‘hats’ that a manager may wear with his or her staff, before focusing on developing some of the key skills of:

About the Facilitator

GRACE MINTON is an Organisational Development Consultant, Facilitator and Coach with a broad range of experience in organisations. Grace has tertiary qualifications in Communications Studies, and post-graduate qualfications in Human Resource Development and Coaching.

Grace is Certified as a PCC level Coach with the International Coach Federation (750 hours experience).

She delivers an ICF ACTP qualification in Perth and Bali, that is also a module in a post-graduate MA qualification in Coaching.
