This program is 100% live online, with training hours recognised by the International Coach Federation (ACSTH 13 hours).  The program balances theory, discussion, demonstration and practice.  It includes 3 x 1 hour Observation and Feedback sessions with the Coach Trainer (a PCC level Coach).

Participants will discover the foundation concepts and skills of Coaching, with both performance coaching and inner game coaching included.

If participants go on to take our Level 2 program,  this learning will be recognised.
