This combines two courses with a total of 14 workshop days and additional online modules that come together as:

  • 62 hours of Level 1 training recognised by the International Coach Federation as an ACC level qualification
  • 10 days of NLP taught as a coaching methodology to work at a transformational level in Coaching and recognised by the NLPAA
  • An iWAM Consultant Certification (a profiling instrument based in NLP).

In total it is the equivalent of 16 days training, and 10 hours of mentoring, with additional work in practice and written assessments.

The program requires 6 months minimum to complete.

What does this program include?

  • 14 workshop days with a maximum of 12 participants
  • A written and practical NLP Assessment to ensure you are confident and safe in the practice of NLP
  • 2 x Group Mentoring Sessions with a qualified Coach, with NLP skills
  • 2 x Individual Mentoring from a qualified Coach, with NLP skills
  • 6 x Observation and Feedback Sessions with the Trainer to integrate skills in action
  • Comprehensive Manual (over 350 pages) with a MASSIVE toolkit of NLP change patterns
  • The iWAM Consultant Accreditation is delivered online as a self-paced program
  • Coaching training is delivered by a PCC Level Coach,  experienced in her own  Coaching practice, with an ICF recognised qualification in Coach and NLP Supervision, and NLPAA recognised NLP Trainer qualification
  • Self-employed Coaches can choose to take the The Business of Coaching at no extra cost.  This includes a 40-page workbook and templates for business and financial planning
  • Access to additional reading and Tools for your Coaching Toolkit on our online learning platform
  • A closed FaceBook group for your class and a similar group for all our graduates on completion
  • A FREE monthly Online Practice Group for graduates
