The Owner/Operator of The Neuro Coaching Academy is Grace Minton, a PCC level Coach, with Post Graduate qualifications in Applied Coaching and HR Development. Grace also holds a BA (Hons) Communication Studies . In addition to this Grace has:
- 12 years experience coaching professionally in both the organisational and public coaching markets
- 15 years of experience consulting to organisations in the field of Human Resource Development
- 20 years experience facilitating training in 'listening partnerships', personal development and coaching
Grace is a faculty member of the University of Wales Academy of Professional Practice and Applied Research. Under an alliance with Neuro Minds Ltd UK, we are proud to be the only provider of the practical units of the Master of Arts Neuro Coaching in Australia. We deliver ICF accredited Coach qualifications and NLPAA accredited trainings in Neurolinguistics. The MA Neuro Coaching allows students to do additional academic studies in Coaching and NLP and receive a Post Graduate Certificate, Diploma or Master of Arts. Grace is the Lead Coach and Facilitator of all trainings in the company. Other trainers are involved only if group sizes exceed 14 in the Coaching Courses and 12 in the Neurolinguistics trainings.
Grace has coached senior executive teams, and individuals in corporate, government and not for profit sectors. She has also delivered emerging leadership programs in government and consulted at a MD, Director General and Executive Director level within State Government.
Grace’s experience ranges from facilitating workshops and group work, to team development and training, the design of corporate HR Strategy, systems, organisational surveys and cultural change interventions. Grace also offers a strong combination of capabilities in workplace research, analysis, and design of organisational development solutions.
Grace is a trained Modeller, able to utilise JobEQ iWAM instrument to establish ‘the difference that makes the difference’ in high performance, for the purpose of ‘replicating excellence’.
Over her consulting career Grace has performed consulting projects for a blue chip client base across the energy, resources, state and federal government, oil & gas sectors and not-for-profit sectors. Clients have included Western Power, Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Department of Child Protection WA, Federal Department of Environment and Heritage, Challenger Institute, MG Corporation, Chevron, Silver Chain.
